1 onion - chopped coarsely
2 garlic cloves - chopped fine
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ancho chili pepper - powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
salt and freshly ground black pepper
