DRESSING

| 2 | tablespoons | olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | cider vinegar |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | oregano |
| 1 | | garlic clove - crushed |

SALAD: Mix together the first four ingredients. Add tempeh & marinate for
