Beef Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

1/2 cup onions - chopped
1/2 cup green peppers - diced
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon basil - or 2 tsp fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup bread stuffing cubes, seasoned
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk - shredded
